One of the original series on Cottage Life television is a fast-paced cooking show called Compete to Eat. Chefs Aldo Lanzillotta and Joanne Lusted square off with teams of cottagers who have one hour to prepare a three-course cottage feast using whatever ingredients they can find in their shopping carts and pantries.
Come to the Fall Cottage Life Show and see Chef Jo take on the challenge before your eyes. She’ll open up the pantry, see what’s inside, and come up with a cottage dish on the spot. And to add to the fun, she’s looking for volunteers from the audience to join her on stage. Make sure you’re at the Cottage Kitchen before she starts her demo and you just might get picked to cook along with Jo!
