Aperol and Orangina
Persimmon-hued Aperol is a little less sharp than Campari, its better-known relative, and makes for tall delightful cocktails just by adding a little fizzy Italian lemonade.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol or Campari, Fiero, or Nonino Aperitivo
- 3-4 oz Italian orange soda or lemon, grapefruit, or blood orange soda
Instructions
- Easy squeezy! Just mix the Aperol with your favourite kind of citrusy Italian soda and enjoy. Serve over ice in a tall glass.
