The best summer drinks are easy-drinking and easy to make—both of which are true with the Aperol and Orangina highball. It’s simple to change it up by swapping out the base spirit or the mix. Almost any Italian aperitivo (such as Campari, Fiero, or Nonino Aperitivo) will go well with delicious Italian sodas, be they lemon, grapefruit, or blood orange.
