This immaculate barn home is the perfect Thanksgiving setting

At 2,800-square feet, this is no tiny house. This newly renovated barn in Woodstock, New York, can easily fit the whole family. Beautiful trees, ample flora and fauna and, brag-worthy views of the Catskill Mountains surround the structure. The classic rustic décor of a farmhouse has been upgraded to create a unique home filled with stylish and modern charm.

The living room is a sea of natural light thanks to the two-storey vaulted ceilings, whitewashed plank walls, and crisscross ceiling beams that complement the farmhouse style found throughout the home. Central to the design is the wood-burning stone fireplace that will warm up the chilliest of nights. To the side is the spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs bedrooms.

The large kitchen comes completely stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven range, and microwave. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining room or on the stools at the cozy island breakfast bar. There is even a reading nook in the kitchen’s bay window where guests can enjoy a view of the mountain range.

The dining room is located at the bottom of the silo and houses a beautiful wood table that seats eight guests comfortably. The cottage has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a large bed and allergen-free bedding to ensure complete comfort. One large bedroom is on the main floor, while the other three are upstairs, including the silo bedroom pictured above. Bonus: none of the bedrooms share a wall, so every guest can enjoy privacy and quiet.

The home has three luxurious bathrooms, each uniquely decorated, and two of them even have radiated heated floors. The upstairs four-piece bathrooms boast incredible forest views and double vanities, and the master bathroom even has a beautiful freestanding tub. The downstairs bathroom (pictured above) has a standing shower completely surrounded by crisp ceramic tiles.
