Things we miss most about summer in Canada

Don’t get us wrong: cottagers are no slouches when it comes to embracing a cold Canadian winter. From skiing and snowshoeing to cozying up beside a wood stove and even braving a bone-chilling winter biffy, there are plenty of reasons to look on the bright side of winter.

But we’ll be the first to admit that one of our favourite pastimes is wistfully staring out a frosty window, thinking of all the things we miss about our too-short summers.
