What can you do with a jar of pickle brine? Make a delicious tahini dill pickle dip

What can you do with a jar of pickle brine once the pickles are all gone? Whisk together equal amounts of brine and tahini for a surprisingly delicious dip you can serve with crudités or drizzle over grilled veggies or fish. Tahini Dill Pickle Dip also works as a sandwich spread or a topping for baked potatoes. And if you have any leftover-from-last-night’s-dinner grilled peppers or onions, finely chop them and stir into the mixture.

  • Grilled peppers finely chopped (optional)
  • Grilled onions finely chopped (optional)
