No ratings yet Print Recipe Pin Recipe Course cocktails, happy hourCuisine Canadian Servings 1 Ingredients 1x2x3x1 ½ oz vodka (or gin or tequila) ½ tsp horseradish8 oz Caesar mix (or tomato clam cocktail)Worcestershire sauce to taste Tabasco to taste fresh ground pepper to taste 2 tbsp celery salt or Tajin (for the rim)3 grilled, bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp optionalassorted pickles and olives for garnish optional Instructions Wrap jumbo shrimp in bacon and grill until bacon is crispy and shrimp is cooked through.Rim a 16-ounce glass with celery salt or Tajin and fill with ice.Add your chosen spirit, horseradish, and fill with Caesar mix or tomato clam cocktail.Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco, and fresh ground pepper.Garnish with a skewer loaded with the bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp, and pickles and olives, if desired.
