Mango basil frozen yogurt
Easy mango soft serve you can make at home.
Equipment
- 1 food processor
Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen mango chunks (375 ml)
- ¼ cup sugar (60 ml)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (250 ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
- 3 basil leaves torn
- 2 basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil.
- Freeze any extra that is left over.
Notes
For a different flavour, you can substitute the basil for mint.

Banana soft serve
Easy soft-serve banana ice cream you can make at home.
Equipment
- 1 food processor
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen chopped bananas
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- mint extract to taste, optional
- chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Puree the frozen bananas in a food processor.
- Serve as is, or stir in a few drops of mint extract, and top with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.

Easy strawberry frozen yogurt you can make at home.
Equipment
- 1 food processor
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (500 ml)
- ½ cup plain yogurt (125 ml)
- 2-4 tbsp granulated or fruit sugar to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Puree strawberries, yogurt, and lemon juice in a food processor.
- Stir in sugar, sweeten to taste.
- Serve immediately, as is or garnished with sprinkles.
