The Snow Plow
This decadent winter warmer is made with hot chocolate, crème de cacao, coconut rum, and cream liqueur. Whipped cream optional (but highly recommended).
Ingredients
- 5 oz hot chocolate
- 1 oz cream liqueur
- ½ oz crème de cacao
- ½ oz coconut rum
- 2 tbsp whipped cream optional
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- Make a cup of hot chocolate.
- Add one ounce of cream liqueur and stir.
- Add crème de cacao and coconut rum and stir again.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Taking in the sparkly winter scenery after a heavy snowfall is one of the greatest joys of cottaging. It’s also best enjoyed with a cup of spiked hot chocolate in hand, as opposed to a shovel.
