This is house is so beautiful and well-designed, it’s hard to believe it comes from a kit! We love the dark grey-green panelling, the white metal roof, and the bright red door. A spacious front porch is begging to be filled with comfy furniture.

Here’s a view of the main room in the house, which contains the living and dining areas. The white walls feel rustic when paired with the honey-hued floors and the knotty wood ceiling.

Despite the house’s small size, a significant section was carved out for the kitchen. There’s a full-size stainless steel refrigerator and stove, as well as plenty of cabinetry. Like in the main room, the ceiling is clad in natural wood.

On the other side of the kitchen is even more storage space. The wooden counter means more meal-prep space, as well as a spot to store essentials like a block of knives, pantry staples, and favourite spirits. A tall pantry with two separate compartments is located beside the side door.

Talk about ingenious use of space! The ladder to the loft bedroom was built to accommodate baskets and boxes behind each step. This is an excellent place to store seasonal items like beach towels and hats, extra shoes, or linens.

Here’s another look at the front porch. Those ceiling fans will come in handy on steamy summer days.

And on those buggy nights, you can seek refuge inside this screened-in porch.
