A yacht owner made an embarrassing mistake earlier this week when his boat became stuck on a tidal wall within the Oakland-Alameda Estuary, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.

Aboard the ironically named “Gotcha” were Raffy Lopez, his wife, and their three children. A Coast Guard spokesperson said that the boat was too close to the breakwall when the tide changed.
According to Lopez, he and his family were out for a Sunday cruise toward Oakland when they hit the breakwall. Passengers remained aboard the boat until the towing company showed up on Monday morning, and the Coast Guard helped manage the boat’s retrieval.
“Of course your first thought is, is the boat going to sink?” Lopez told NBC. But luckily for his family, the Coast Guard responded quickly to his distress call.
