Ice fishing is a great way to spend time outdoors during the winter—but before you can drop your line, you have to get to the water. This is where ice augers come in. The handy contraptions are great for digging fishing holes—or at least they’re supposed to be.

In this video, we see that sometimes ice augers go bad. While this one looks like it may have been rigged up at home—hence its aggression—we understand that sometimes tools just get the best of you.
