Random goat in Ottawa hospital parking lot has locals confused

Ann McNab was pulling into the visitor parking lot at The Ottawa Hospital when she noticed an unusual passenger in the car beside hers.

While most hospitals often have restrictions on animals inside the premise—there’s nothing that says they can’t be waiting patiently outside.

After close inspection of the images, we were left with a few questions.

First, whose pet goat is this? Second, where did this goat get its license? And third, how ill does a person need to be before they rely on a goat for a ride to the ER?
