Fierce blizzard winds in Nova Scotia blow away weather reporters

Two intrepid weather reporters in Grand Étang, Nova Scotia, were literally blown offscreen while reporting on some pretty unseasonal weather conditions.

Buffeted by a raging snowstorm, they describe how the blowing snow feels like being “sandblasted,” and caution against exposed skin in the frigid conditions.

Then without warning, a massive gust sends the two Weather Network reporters flying.

Thankfully, the men were not hurt, and they struggled back into the shot to finish their report. They also managed to wrap up the segment with a startling degree of professionalism.

Then again, as Canadians on the East Coast, they’re probably used to a little inclement weather.
