Feature film casting locals in Midland, Ontario

If you’d like to be involved in a feature film set in Midland, Ontario, Markham Street Films is welcoming locals to audition for a role in their upcoming feature comedy “Big News from Grand Rock.”

Auditions will take place Wednesday, September 4th in Midland.

Big News from Grand Rock is the story of Leonard Crane, a reporter who will do anything to save his hometown paper, even if it means making up stories.

The film is set to start shooting September 30th in Midland for approximately 3 weeks.

Audition details

What: We’re looking for a variety of roles for men and women. Script pages are available on site. You must be 18 years of age or older.

Where: Midland Cultural Centre – 333 King Street, Midland, ON

When: Wednesday September 4th. From 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
