Students in Bozeman, Montana, were treated to an unusual sight on Wednesday morning when a black bear was spotted meandering through the halls of Bozeman High School.

According to Bozeman Public Schools Superintendent Rob Watson, the bear entered the building through an open garage door. After wandering the halls for about a minute, it then left through another open door without incident.
Whereas the sight of a bear would cause panic-stricken teachers and screaming students to dash for the doors in some urban institutions, another video, posted to Twitter by Bozeman High teacher Matt Clark, shows a relatively calm reaction from the student body.
Amused teens and school principal Kevin Conwell, who can be seen in the video foreground, gave the animal plenty of space, and the bear quickly made its way out of the building and disappeared in an open field, presumably disillusioned with the education system and eager to return to its off-the-grid life.
Another clip, posted to Facebook by Wake Up Montana, shows the bear absconding from the school grounds.
