7 dog breeds that aren’t Canadian but should be

Canada is a diverse country rich in distinct cultures and beliefs. But that doesn’t mean we don’t have an international reputation for certain character traits. From our use of the word “sorry” to our love of poutine, the Canadian identity is strong. Although the following dog breeds originated in other parts of the world, thanks to their personality traits, we think they should be considered as Canadian as maple syrup.
