Rituals aren’t just the territory of religion, though — a ritual is anything you do on a regular basis that has a specific intention behind it, and usually helps us tap into feelings that extend beyond our everyday life: developing a sense of well-being, self-care, gratitude and connection are common motivators for starting personal rituals.
