What to drink on the dock this summer

Sunny days are here again! After the roller coaster of a year we’ve had, there’s nothing we are looking forward to more than a summer spent on the dock with a cold drink in hand. And it looks like the beverage industry knows just what we’re talking about—there are tons of new options available this season for every type of cottager. Whether you enjoy a cocktail in a can, chilled beer, or a refreshing seltzer sans booze, we’ve rounded up what you should be drinking on the dock this summer.

Plus, make your own cocktails with one of these recipes using your new favourite summer drinks:

Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Paloma

Ingredients:
3/4 Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
1/4 tequila
Grapefruit slice
Salt
Ice

Directions: Salt rim of a tall glass (optional). Fill your glass with lots of ice. Add tequila, and top with Fever-Tree. Stir gently, garnish with grapefruit slice, and enjoy.

Absolut Watermelon Spritz

Ingredients:
1 oz Absolut Watermelon
3 oz Sparkling wine
0.2 oz Simple syrup
4 Watermelon cubes
Mint sprig
Watermelon slice

Directions: Muddle the watermelon cubes into a shaker, add the vodka and the simple syrup. Fine strain into a copa glass and top it up with sparkling wine. Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon slice.
