Snowshoe at Snow Valley

A prime ski destination in the province, Snow Valley Barrie is now entering the world of snowshoeing this year with tons of new trails. The resort is introducing 15 km of trails specifically designed for snowshoers this season. Open from 9a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week, the groomed trails at Snow Valley offer something for everyone. Trails are designated as easy, moderate or difficult, and you can explore anywhere from 1.4 km to the entire system. Whether you’re hitting harder trails or sticking to some of the beginner routes, this is a great way to enjoy the white trees and soft landscape of the surrounding area.

Amenities: Snowshoe rentals and chalets are available near the beginning of the trails.
