An Ottawa transportation employee received a cute surprise last week when he discovered a fox curled up on the seat of a city bus.
The bus was undergoing maintenance at the time, while parked in a garage on Industrial Avenue in the east end of Ottawa. It is believed that the animal wandered into a door which was left open while the bus was serviced.
A quick photo snapped by the employee was also sent out by CBC reporter Stu Mills, and has been re-tweeted more than 2,000 times.
Ottawa transportation has further clarified that the fox safely wandered off after the nap, though it declined to pay bus fare.
