How long will it take to get my shipment?
Most times of year, we send your package out within a day of you ordering it. Sometimes customers get their packages the next day in the GTA, or within two days of ordering. In other areas in Ontario it may take between two and five days to get your package, and it takes a bit longer across Canada. We also offer an express shipping service where your packages are sent by courier. This service costs a bit extra but will get those last-minute gift ideas to you quickly!
How do I know how a garment will fit?
Garments are made by various manufacturers, which means that a size by one manufacturer may fit differently than the same size in another. We try to offer advice within the description of the product, but if you need more information, please feel free to call and talk to us. We’ll help you out, and exchange for a different size if necessary.
Can I come to Cottage Life to buy merchandise??
Please do! We’re glad to have customers drop in and shop at our store. We’re at 54 St. Patrick St. in the Queen/University area in downtown Toronto.
Can I return items that aren’t the right thing?
Yes, as long as the item has not been used or worn. We can help you decide on something different as well – there’s lots of choice in the Cottage Life store.
How do I pay for my purchases?
We use Paypal to process our customers’ payments, but if you’d prefer another method, please give us a call and we’ll organize a credit card payment over the phone, or payment by cheque. It’s also possible to come in person to our store (see above) and pay by cash or debit.
