How to peel a hardboiled egg

Another egg tip, this time on getting a hardboiled egg to come out of its shell. From Tim Ferris, author of The Four-Hour Work Week:

1. After boiling eggs, chill immediately in ice water with 1 tsp (15 ml) baking soda.
2. Tap the small end and remove a small piece of shell; repeat on the other end.
3. Blow with gusto into the small end.
