- 1 lb (500 g) cream cheese, softened and at room temperature
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp (5 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
