Apple Blueberry Crumble Pie

Ingredients

Pastry

  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) granulated sugar

Filling

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) dry bread crumbs
  • 4 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup (250 ml) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) cinnamon
