Host a pillow fight

I just learned that this past Saturday (April 2, 2011) was International Pillow Fight Day, where all over the world, there were massive pillow fights organized, in the name of fun. These events are large-scale events, involving people of all ages, and lots of advanced planning.

Now, some of you may have known this was in the works and participated with your own feather-flinging festivities. However, if you missed the fun, don’t wait a whole year for the once-a-year international event. Get inspired to spring a pillow-fight on your friends, parents, siblings, or kids, in the old-fashioned way. When friends come to visit at the cottage, you’ve got that sleep-over atmosphere, complete with pajamas, so I say, go with it: Break out the pillows and let the feathers fly!
