Cottage Life wins two National Magazine Awards

What a nice way to end the week—with two National Magazine Awards presented last night at the Carlu in Toronto. Congratulations to Daniel Ehrenworth, who won the Gold award for Portrait Photography for “Project Privacy.” Dan Page won the Silver award in the Spot Illustration category for “Little Cottage of Horrors.”

Meanwhile explore and Outdoor Canada magazines, both published by Cottage Life Media Inc., also took home prizes this week. explore was the sixth most decorated magazine in Canada, earning three Gold National MagazIne Awards and one Silver. For the second year in a row, Outdoor Canada was named Best Medium-Size Consumer Magazine of the Year by the Canadian Society of Magazine Editors (CSME), and its editor-in-chief, Patrick Walsh, was named Editor of the Year, also for the second consecutive year. Canadian Home Workshop and explore both earned CSME honourable mentions.

Congratulations to our whole Cottage Life Media Inc. team.
