Cottage craft: rock bugs
Marissa says: At my Cottage, me and my sister find flatish round rocks and make rock bugs. We paint the whole rock, then add wings, a head, eyes, mouth and freckles. We also paint shells with flowers and make rock bug families!
Blog reader Marissa sent in this photo of the rock bugs she made using acrilic paint you can find at a dollar store or craft store. They look great, Marissa! They look like a happy family in their woodland setting. Thanks for sharing the idea with everyone.

I also gave them all names The big mama one is named Miranda, the next biggest one, with the light purple head is named Holly, the one with the dark purple head is named Katie, and the smallest one is the baby boy Benny! :) Thanks so much Liann! Marissa :P :) :o
