Don’t pass by the large cuts of meat next time you cruise the butcher’s counter looking for ideas to feed the family or a group of friends at the cottage. Cooked on the barbecue with simple seasoning and a hint of smoke, a roast is sure to please just about everyone. It’s quick and easy to prepare and requires only a caring glance every now and again during the longer grilling time. Should you be fortunate to 
have any leftovers, you have the makings for a delicious cold lunch and marvellous sandwiches.
