Calling all fish artists
Guest post from Blair Eveleigh, associate editor
So, did you hear the one about the kid who drew a burbot and the drawing ended up on the Young Angler’s Licence? Not a joke, really. The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources is sponsoring its annual Kids’ Fish Art Contest, and the winning entrant will indeed be on the 2011 licence. The contest is open to Ontario children in grades four to 12, who can submit a drawing of a burbot or a lake trout this year.
The deadline is Dec. 17.
