If you are anything like me, you have the hardest time finding art for your space. I always find that the pieces I love tend to be very expensive, and the less-expensive pieces tend to be…not as lovable. Of course, there are exceptions, and at the cottage, it’s easier to get creative with our wall decor. For example, a piece of fallen birch bark or a long branch bring the outdoors in, cost nothing, and add beautiful texture to the room. But if you’re looking for something more modern and still want to capture a natural vibe, consider an adorable print from Vancouver-based studio Banquet Atelier & Workshop. The folks at Banquet aim to “celebrate the natural world and the animals that inhabit it.” For example:

30 x 40 cm Red Deer print, $38

50 x 70 cm Boreal Forest poster, $60. Includes silhouettes of common cottage-country creatures and a listing of fun forest facts

50 x 70 cm Tall Ship poster, $60

(Okay, so the tall ship poster isn’t quite about the natural world, but a natural selection for the boathouse, right?)

All of Banquet’s products—including these prints as well as a selection of note cards, art kits, and wrapping paper—are available for purchase at their website.
