Former Toronto Sun editor writes about cottage property taxes

On a first read, you might think John Downing supports the beleaguered MPAC in his recent blog post. But then the former Toronto Sun editor and columnist drops his own cottage property assessment increase into the discussion: 300%!

He doesn’t say so, but I assume that is higher than the average in his area, which is the crucial number to determine if you will receive a related tax increase.
